As part of these health and safety precautions, all returns will be held two days in advance of processing. Please be aware that we do not provide free shipping labels for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to send back a purchased item.
lostapril.com only gives store credit once we receive the item. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds.
lostapril.com accepts exchanges but, customers must return the purchased item first. Then, the Lost April team will issue a store credit, in which the customers can repurchase any available items.
Please note that defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, the Lost April team will not be able to assist you in the matter further. To do so, please get in touch with email@example.com with clear photos to identify the damage.

Please be aware that certain sales, promotions, and one-time products will be marked as final sale. lostapril.com does not accept refunds/returns for the final sale.

The Lost April customer service team has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. Please note in this situation, the item will be returned back to the address on the original order.
